Meet The Doctors


 

 

Kenneth J. Olson, DC was born and raised in Traverse City, Mi. He is the youngest of five boys and is the first chiropractor in the family. He attended Northwestern Michigan College and then continued his education at the prestigious Palmer College of Chiropractic. While a member of the Deans List, he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree as well as the Doctor of Chiropractic Degree.

He has completed post graduate training from the Spine Institute of San Diego, National College of Chiropractic, and Spine Institute of New England, Parker Chiropractic College, Texas Back Institute, Palmer College of Chiropractic and New York Chiropractic College. In addition, he is a member of the Illinois Chiropractic Society Board, Past President of the Northern District of Illinois Chiropractic Society, Palmer International Alumni Association as well as many service positions for his church and community.

Dr. Olson has focused his practice on helping families learn how to and achieve their highest health potential. With 14 years of practice, Dr. Olson has worked with Medical Doctors, Physical therapists, Rehabilitation Specialists, Chiropractors and other alternative health care providers to develop the best course of care for each individual. He knows and understands that integrated protocols increase the validity for patient outcomes. By developing time tested techniques and approaches, Dr. Olson is committed to having many of these options under one roof.

Dr. Olson insists on high quality, personalized care for each patient in his office. He continually stresses courteous service and procedural training for his staff to create a team dedicated to getting great results. 

Jacob E. Stock, DC was born in Logan, UT. He has lived in many states while growing up and in Argentina for two years. He is the oldest of five children and is the first chiropractor in the family. He attended Westminster College in Salt Lake City, UT where he received his Bachelor of Science Degree in biology and received minors in chemistry, business, and spanish. After graduation he attended the prestigious Palmer College of Chiropractic, where he earned his Doctor of Chiropractic Degree.

Dr. Stock has delivered numerous adjustments on individuals from one day old to individuals over 90. His young children have all benefited from chiropractic care as well as wife, especially during her pregnancies.

Dr. Stock has specialized training in the treatment of extremities, including shoulder, wrist, knee and ankle injuries. He also has a focus in fitness and sports rehabilitation, along with spinal rehabilitation and correction. This approach allows for our patients to have their spinal and extremity concerns addressed and corrected. Dr. Stock has a vested interest in making sure that our patients receive the care they need and deserve, and elevating them to a new standard of health.

Ashley N. Lowe, DC was raised in Ottawa, IL. She is the youngest of two children and the first Chiropractor in her family. She received her Certificate in Clinical Massage Therapy from the Soma Institute in Chicago, IL. In addition, she obtained her National Certification for Massage Therapy from National Clinical Board of Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (N.C.B.T.M.B.) and received specialized training in pregnancy massage therapy. She worked for our clinic as a Clinical Massage Therapist until returning to school to pursue her degree in Chiropractic. She received her Bachelor of Science in Human Biology and a Doctor of Chiropractic from Cleveland Chiropractic College in Overland Park, KS.

She is currently taking 300 hours of post-doctorate training in human function and how diseases work in the body to obtain her DABCI Certification. DABCI is the term used to describe the Diplomate of the American Board of Chiropractic Internists. These particular doctors specialize in diagnostic skills to diagnose and treat internal disorders while applying a “whole person” approach to healthcare. The 300-hour DABCI training program meets the 300-hour post- doctoral requirement in nutrition requirement by the ABCN and she will then qualify to sit for the DABCN board exam obtaining a dual-diplomacy in both chiropractic internal medicine and nutrition.

Dr. Lowe has specialized training in the treatment of spinal correction, functional outcomes assessment, soft tissue injuries, rehabilitation, internal medicine, and nutrition. Her focus is in digestive conditions as well as food sensitivities and allergies. She is also specialized in the Webster Technique, a technique used to restore proper pelvic balance and function to pregnant mothers.

Dr. Lowe serves the chiropractic community by being a member of the Illinois Chiropractic Society, American Chiropractic Association, Council on Diagnosis and Internal Disorders (CDID), and Cleveland Chiropractic College Alumni Association.

In addition, she is a member of the Board of Directors for the Aurora Regional Chamber of Commerce, serves as an ambassador, and is actively involved in Aurora Young Professionals group.

She also serves as the Marketing Director for our clinic, participating in many community events including non-for-profit organizations in the Aurora area.
